You are looking at a desirable and unique older used Amphenol male 4 pin microphone cable connectors from the 1970's. Most 4 pin connectors had 4 pins and were soldered in one setting or the other but this unique connector allowed you to move the hot pin to either Hi Z or Lo Z depending on your needs.
