You are looking at a classic 1970's era Shure Brothers 565SD model (Unisphere 1) dynamic cardioid microphone with an older Shure A-25 mic clip and cable in which to operate the mic. This 565SD model was introduced in the 1960's and was made for several decades.

It is not in the best condition either. The handle has a light layer of corrosion/pitting all over. There is also a residue spot left from an old label. There is a series of numbers engraved in the handle just below the switch.
