Analog Recorder

Fostex Multitracker 280 Analog Cassette Multitrack Recorder Mixer, Stereo Out Turns on and rewinds/fast-forwards but when I press play it gets stuck. I’m sure it could be fixed. The only other problem is that it is missing the sliders and buttons.
