The WA73-EQ equally shines on all types of microphones and sources including; vocals, acoustic/electric guitars, bass, drums, percussion, orchestras, keyboards, and even as a tone shaping tool to run partial or complete mixes through. With 80dB of gain and a fully discrete Carnhill Transformer balanced signal path, there's no recording, mixing or engineering task that the WA73-EQ can't handle. Please note orders shipping to PR, HI and AK typically require additional processing time depending on where they are being shipped from and may incur additional shipping charges. Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday morning. All orders will be packaged securely and shipped using either FedEx, UPS, USPS, ENSENDIA, LASERSHIP, ONTRAC, BLUE_PACKAGE or PRESTIGE but always fully insured. We cant control customs delays in your country thus shipments may take longer than we expect. Return policy We offer a money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges) on items returned within 30 days of purchase. We also welcome exchanging. Customer is responsible for return postage. Simply contact us with the reason for the return. Do not send anything back without an RA# (Return Authorization) since it will not be processed. All returns require authorization--items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. All returned items must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (intact UPC bar codes and serial numbers ) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return. We can either send a replacement/exchange or issue a full refund (minus shipping). If your item is damaged, please contact us with details about the damage and we need you to email photos of the issue to us, we will then forward this information to the warehouse to process and handle shipping you a replacement at our cost within the U.S. only. Items which are defective we can handle taking care of getting you a working item (upon availability) within 30 days of purchase. Please provide serial number when contacting us.
