This microphone was manufactured in Chicago, Illinois by Allied Radio Corp. It should be noted right away that this 4550 mic is in excellent working condition and is is a dual impedance mic depending on how the cable or mic is wired but it's currently set at High Z and in this setting the mic is void of bass.
