So I got these from a guy that said he didn't use them much. Locks and goes up and down. I tested all the functions. The 24" Bar set is missing half of the hardware. The 48" Bar has its hardware set but one of the washers had fallen out of a hole in the bag so I wrapped the whole bag in a layer of stretch wrap.
