came from an estate sale. what you see is what you get. plugged it in and the light comes on and looks like the tubes light up. that is the only testing done, have no equipment to test it. sold as untested ...very dusty from storage...sold as is condition , no returns so please make sure this is what you are looking for. on the bottom two of the rubber legs are gone.. two are there.. again sold as untested..selling to the lower 48 states only, outside the lower 48 states please get quote on shipping.
