Vintage DBX 224X Tape Noise Reduction System. Unit has been tested to the best of my ability. All functions appear to be working as they should, however when I tested it sounded a little off to me. Almost like it had a heavy gate during peaks like cymbal crashes. Maybe that's how it's supposed to sound. Cosmetically the unit is in great shape, with only some light marks on the edges. Since I'm not sure if it sounds ok Unit is being sold AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR & NO RETURNS
