Lexicon MPX 1 OS v1.10 EPROM Firmware Upgrade KIT Firmware version v1.10 is the latest known issued firmware update by Lexicon for the MPX-1 Included will be 1 EPROM chip to complete the firmware upgrade. Printed instructions will be supplied detailing how to install the ROM upgrade chip. Please have a look at the second photo in this listing for details regarding additions and changes included with the versoin 1.10 upgrade. Please note – It is suggested that you verify which MPX-1 revision you have before deciding to purchase: Earlier MPX-1 revisions will have socketed system EPROMS on the mainboard for convenient removal and upgrading. Newer MPX-1 mainboard revisions will have the system EPROM soldered to the mainboard. With that being said, it is almost certain that your newer revision MPX-1 is already running v1.10 thus not requiring this upgrade.
