This is an Anritsu vacuum tube AC voltmeter. It seems unstable, possibly due to long storage, but appears to be improving slightly with continuous power. The 1 millivolt range is unresponsive. The measurement range is from 1 millivolt to 300 volts. The size is approximately 11.81 inches in height, 6.69 inches in width, and 11.81 inches in depth. It weighs approximately 7 kilograms.
