The DPA STC4099 is a mounting clip for saxophone/trumpet, clarinet, trombone, coronet, flugelhorn, and other similarly shaped instruments — it works in conjunction with the DPA 4099 instrument microphone. The DPA STC4099 comes included with the 4099 Trumput and 4099 Sax instrument-miking package, but it's available separately here, so you can set up your other DPA 4099 packages for miking other instruments. If you've got a DPA 4099 microphone, get ready for an amazing sax/trumpet sound onstage, with the DPA STC4099 clip adapter.
