Expand the Capacity of Your Shure SBC220US Charging System The Shure SBC220 is a 2-bay charging dock for the SB900 lithium-ion rechargeable batteries that power ULX-D and QLX-D digital wireless systems. An expansion in every sense, the SBC220 is intended to connect to your SBC450US charging system expand your recharging capabilities. The charging units conveniently lock together, and the batteries can be charged by themselves or while installed in beltpacks or handheld transmitters. Here at Sweetwater, we were impressed by the SBC220's quick charging times — one hour for half charge and three hours for a full charge. The system also features a handy storage mode that optimizes the batteries for long term storage.
