Perhaps this is an old acoustic guitar where the action is so high, it's practically unplayable. Maybe it's a keyboard where some of the keys just don't work. It could be an amp that powers on, but doesn't generate any real volume. If you place an order with FEDEX or UPS using a PO Box delivery address your order will have to be canceled. **Shipping prices on this item**The box is 31x31x22 and weighs 60 lbsThe size of the box necessary to hold the aamp is driving the shipping price up. The box I was able to find says, 30x30x25. The shipping companies require that if any measurement is a little over the stated size on the box then you have to go to the next inch, so although it says 30x30, those sides are slightly bigger than stated and I have to report them as 31x31. The height of the box is 25", but the amp does not require that much space so I will cut the box down to fit it for shipping, hence the stated measurements on the listing of 31x31x22. At least 2" of cushion space is required for insurance purposes, but it's the smallest box I could find to fit it, and I had to buy 5 of them in a pack for $50, so each box is $10.I know many of you are saying, "How come the big box stores can ship these things cheaper?". The reason is they have contracts with the carriers that gives them better deals on shipping prices. I use the eBay Shipping Service, which does give a discount on the shipping fees. You can test the difference yourself by gong online or calling FEDEX or UPS and asking how much to ship the box from my zip code 20732 to you. I have done this already with UPS, asking how much to ship from MD to CA and the price was almost $100 less using eBay's Shipping Service So, all that said, if I can find a slightly smaller box to fit it I will, or if anybody knows of a cheaper way to ship, I'll be happy to listen.Thanks for understanding.
