You are looking at a nice used male 3 pin Amphenol 91-MC3F-385 type model microphone cable connector used from the 1940's - 70's. This is the rare early 1st gen Electro Voice model. There is a notch restricting what mic it can be used on so you need to use this on an E.V model mic only.
