We proudly use Tung-Sol brand tubes in this product for their sonic richness and open sound. These two tubes are socketed for easy swapping and replacement. Please note orders shipping to PR, HI and AK typically require additional processing time depending on where they are being shipped from and may incur additional shipping charges. All orders will be packaged securely and shipped using either FedEx, UPS, USPS, ENSENDIA, LASERSHIP, ONTRAC, BLUE_PACKAGE or PRESTIGE but always fully insured. Simply contact us with the reason for the return. Do not send anything back without an RA# (Return Authorization) since it will not be processed. All returns require authorization--items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. All returned items must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (intact UPC bar codes and serial numbers ) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return. We can either send a replacement/exchange or issue a full refund (minus shipping). If your item is damaged, please contact us with details about the damage and we need you to email photos of the issue to us, we will then forward this information to the warehouse to process and handle shipping you a replacement at our cost within the U.S. only.
